“Leading up to putting the house on the market, Brad was very diligent in researching and finding the determining a very fair market value for the residence Brad helped determine what should be changed or repaired to best represent the property during showings. I was excited to see what the photos turned out like and I was not disappointed. Between being a professional photographer with unmatched equipment, his drone (also second to none quality) photographs are incredible. GOOD PICTURES SELL HOUSES Don’t be fooled by these point and shoot “photographers”. Brad is very aware of showings and feedback given from potential buyers and agents and relays questions and concerns very quickly. Once a buyer is interested, Brad forwards contracts very quickly and reads over them to make sure his clients best interests are protected before allowing you to execute. He will take time explaining all of the fine print to make sure everything is understood.
