“Opportunity for Improvement: When Buyer agents book a showing time with their clients, they need to keep Seller agents better informed when running late or not being able to make the showing. Sellers have to leave their home before and during a showing, so it is a common courtesy to keep the Seller agents better and immediately informed. Comments about Experience: Our real estate agents, Thalia and Josh Guderyon, are very experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient when dealing with their clients. Josh was our primary agent for both selling and buying, kept us well informed, explained things in detail, attended all of our meetings with Seller, communicated with Seller on our behalf, and followed up on all details. They recommended and arranged for an independent Home Inspector for 3 inspections, which proved to be very beneficial. We haven t been through this process in 37 years, and Josh put us at ease and was very patient. Thalia and Josh made this home selling and buying experience very easy for us. We appreciate them ”
