I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1981, beginning in the Title Insurance Business, moving on to becoming a Mortgage Broker, and most recently a Realtor. I have superior knowledge of all facets of a real estate transaction, which I use to facilitate fast and efficient closings.
I currently reside in the small up and coming coastal town of Sargent, Texas. Our waterfront amenities are plentiful, from world class fishing, beaches, Birding and just good ol' relaxing! I specialize in Matagorda, Brazoria and Harris counties. If looking for a home in Sargent, you will be taken by boat to tour all the homes to see how much this area has to offer!!

I didn't know any realtors in the area. I saw lots of signs around town with Carlas name. I just took the chance and called her. I was impressed with her right away. She was very positive about selling my property. She explained things where even I could understand! There were no hiccups or problems with regards to the sale. Everything went smooth.
