Steve has been a commercial realtor since 2014, and as Managing Director for KW Commercial Energy Corridor, he is responsible for training and managing new and existing commercial agents with KWCEC. His areas of expertise include:

Land, Ranches, Rural and Country Estate Properties Industrial and Commercial Tracts Hunting, Recreational and 1031 Exchange Properties

Steve’s primary mission is to make sure each client is personally taken care of by communicating regularly and efficiently managing each transaction through its various phases.

Professionally, Steve is a member of CREN (Commercial Real Estate Network), CREAM (Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County), TLBN (Texas Land Brokers Network), TAR (Texas Association of Realtors), HAR (Houston Association of Realtors) and NAR (National Association of Realtors).

Steve, who has lived in the Greater Houston area since 1969, received his BA in Philosophy from Texas A&M University in 1978.
