What are everyone's feelings about homes with mold remediation?
1,244I have come across two homes in the last week that stated they have gone through mold remediation. Both said they had paperwork available for verification. One of the homes says it was "totally gutted in 2002 from mold remediation - new carpet, electrical, sheetrock, kitchen, paint, etc." Has anyone dealt with buying or selling a home with mold remediation? How does this affect the salability? Health/safety? Positive? Negative?
