Can agents list properties in MLS with a separate price in remarks if you are a housing voucher client

Addtional Details:
  • Example it will be in the MLS for $1695.00 in the agent remarks it says if housing, $2190.00 - Sep 13, 2017
  • They are charging the housing voucher clients more. I had saved it someplace but my office got flooded. This is to me a from of price gouging - Sep 13, 2017

You really need more info here. If it is a discount to those with vouchers, this may be okay. If it is a rent increase, for voucher clients only, this is probably a big no. You want to make sure to abide by the Fair Housing Act laws. It is difficult to answer without knowing wether voucher clients will have to pay more or less.
