What to do when AC breaks down immediately after closing?

Hopefully, a home warranty was purchased for the buyer prior to the closing. The home warranty should cover this repair so long as the buyer's real estate inspection found the a/c system to be in good working order and or a satisfactory inspection by a licensed a/c contractor was performed. If these items were not performed, the cost of repairs will fall solely on the buyer.
