I am looking in Fort Bend Area (Richmond, Then Rosenberg, then Disheartened, tx where offers little county wooden land, safe area where can keep horse, chickens , etc. At least if can't keep horse on property, to be in country setting with other neighbors with 11 year old children, good school for ADHD- Hyper. Looking to buy, option to buy or consider leasing mother in law house (2 homes). Or at least two separate properties next two each other same owner would sell both, or two homes near each other in neighborhood. Best area for plenty open and shade space, kids can run around safe and play in woods and or country area, join FFA, raise farm animals near by on property or where other FFA students are raising animals for show. Near tollway 1093. Or, second choice would be in Katy, Tx attending Beck Middle School. 281-782-1873

My daughter has horses. She also raised show lambs. I live and work in Fort Bend County. You have a tough order here but I would be glad to help you with your search if you have not signed a buyers representation agreement with another realtor. Give me a call at 713-858-3102 so we can discuss it. I will also need to know your price range and if you have been pre-qualified by a mortgage banker. I can help you with that as well. Good luck!
