How can I do find the form to change my broker
I am for Texas Realtor (Raul Rodriguez) and now I am for Ponce Realty (Sebastian Ponce)

To change your sponsoring broker with TREC, go to the website and click "my online services" which is the yellow button toward the top. You can then navigate to "manage relationships" and request sponsorship from your new broker. Your new broker can also do the same - he/she can login and send a sponsorship request. The fee to do so online is $20 plus transaction fees and once accepted, the new license is issued almost immediately assuming all continuing education is up to date. If you instead fill out a paper form the fee is now double and of course snail mail takes longer.

The Trec website will have all of the forms and the fees associated with them. Ask your new Broker to help you so that you both fill out the correct information.

Your broker should be able to help you with this, but as others said just use the form to change sponsorship:

Good morning Nora, email Patrick Partida (patrick.partida@har.com) for the broker transfer form. You and your new broker will have to fill the form out and send it back to anyone in the Member Services department. Hope this helps, Cassandra Vickers RE/MAX Prestige, 832-298-9062.

It is done online thru the TREC website. Once you log in you will be able to select your new broker (assuming they have sent you the invite to join) and remove yourself from your previous brokers sponsorship.
