When showing homes in Galveston my Supra key won''t work - does anyone know how to resolve?
5,533Showing at 2 different properties and I ultimately needed the listing agent to access the box. They said it should work for HAR supra - but two times makes me think maybe I can do something on my end to fix. Any thoughts appreciated

It shouldn't be an issue- I have shown down there several times.... I agree- call Supra while you are in front of the box and they should be able to help. Nothing worse then being out showing and your supra won't work!

Next time you're in Galveston showing homes, call the Supra support line 1-877-699-6787 while you're having issues so the tech support can pin point the problem and resolve. You could also call before you have a showing to see if tech support can resolve the issue but normally they require you to be with the supra box you're having issues accessing.
