Lenders on other nearby sales keep calling me from the data on Zillow and Truila to verifiy the sale so they can approve their loan. I know if it was on HAR they would not have to verify it with me.
You could get permission from the seller to list it in the MLS in order to have it documented on record.
Or, as far as lenders or realtors go, providing the HUD with personal information blacked out should suffice. This is how we get comps from builders all the time on the appraisal side.
I don't believe so, in order for the information to populate the listing has to be in mls. Other then that they will keep calling. Hope this helps and if there is a way i'd like to know.
