About Megan Stultz

Megan Stultz is a 2005 graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Government. She was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority at UT and retains her alumni status.

Megan chose to return to the Montgomery, Lake Conroe area where her roots are five generations deep. She has a background in newspaper marketing, which gives her the knowledge to actively market her business and your property. Megan's real estate interests began in New Home sales for DR Horton and Pioneer Homes, a subsidiary of McGuire Homebuilders Inc. In 2006 Megan became licensed and in 2009 Megan obtained her Broker's license and has been listing and selling real estate as a Broker Associate ever since.

In 2010-2011 Megan has worked extensively with Wells Fargo and Compass Bank listing and selling their foreclosure properties in the Greater Houston Area. Megan completed BPO's and coordinated with contractors and other vendors to maintain the assets. In that two year period Megan handled over 200 foreclosure transactions.

She has incorporated her knowledge of new home sales with her ties and experience in Farm and Ranch to offer a complete real estate service to those wishing to move to Montgomery and surrounding counties.

In 2013 Megan merged with Fairwater Real Estate, LLC, owned by Bob Boyles to create Fairwater Westmont Real Estate. Together they have grown an exclusive boutique firm featuring top agents in the Montgomery County area.
