In my experience I truly felt that she was not simply trying to make a sale but help us fight for the home we wanted. While narrowing down our list she was more than accommodating to show several houses in one go while not making me feel rushed. Marilyn really knows the market and the people needed to help things move along smoothly. She had great recommendations for all the 3rd parties involved, i.e. inspector, warranty ect. She is definitely a person in the know. She was even able to show us a few houses before the were on the HAR website and we were lucky to have her on our side as we bought one of them. I now consider Marilyn a good friend.”
