Lee Harbaugh

Lee Harbaugh is a seasoned musician and experienced Realtor, uniquely blending the arts of music and real estate with a distinctive flair. Living in Arlington, Texas, Lee's journey to becoming a professional pianist and real estate professional showcases his adaptability and creativity.

Raised in Grand Prairie, TX, Lee completed his music degree in 1994 at the University of Texas at Arlington. Upon graduating, Lee taught and performed music full time where he honed his improvisational skills as a jazz musician. This ability to improvise later became a valuable asset in his real estate career. "Every real estate deal is like a piece of music. In jazz, I always improvise on the fly. Similarly, in real estate, I confidently navigate unknowns and surprises in transactions and comfortably improvise when I need to," explains Lee.

In 1999, with a growing family and a need for increased income, Lee transitioned into software development, specializing in financial models for investment institutions for 16 years. His deep understanding of technology and finance now aids his real estate clients, as he utilizes tools such as custom Excel spreadsheets to help determine comparable home prices.

Lee's venture into finance culminated in earning a CIPM (Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement) certification and developing a sharp acumen for real estate investments. Alongside his brother Clark, Lee began investing in residential real estate in 2015, applying his expertise to model investment opportunities and ensure the pursuit of promising ventures. As a result, Lee has also been able to assist numerous clients in finding viable investment opportunities for their portfolios.

Lee acquired his real estate agent license in 2018, and in 2021, Lee joined Davey Goosmann Realty in Mansfield, drawn by the vast experience and principles of Dee Davey, the firm's founder and broker. With over 40 years of experience in real estate in Mansfield, Dee's dedication to integrity and service resonated deeply with Lee's own values.
