I would like to share my story about my son's realtor, Kelly Swartz. My 21 year old son needed to find a home for him and his new family. I reached out to Kelly to ask for some advice. She immediately got to work for us. Within the next couple days, she had already located a few properties that she wanted us to go look at. Being only 21 years old, my son's budget was pretty limited. Kelly worked hard to find something that was suitable and most importantly, safe for him and his family. That was not an easy task at his low price point, but Kelly did not stop searching until she found something! She searched high and low and we checked out many houses. What I appreciate most about Kelly was that she treated my son as if he were one of her own children. She would tell him what he needed to hear, even if he did not want to hear it. She worked with him at all hours of the day and evening to make his dream a reality. She was so good about explaining every part of the home buying process to this first time homebuyer. He felt comfortable asking her numerous questions. She negotiated for him and got him the very best possible deal I am so very thankful to have had Kelly in our corner. The amount of respect and appreciation I have for her is immeasurable. Thank you Kelly for helping give my son a home that he can be proud of.
