As a teacher for 23 years in Katy, Texas, my calling has always been to help others achieve their goals while doing all I can to create a smooth and stress-free experience. Originally from Maracaibo Venezuela, Iliana Delgado is a Public Relations and Mass Communications Profesional who became a Realtor after a long career in Corporate World and America. She is a graduate of the University of Zulia. She is fluent in English and Spanish; she is a native Spanish speaker. Iliana enjoys assisting people in their journey for a perfect property they plan to live or purchase as an investment. Her goal is to offer careful planning and flawless execution of the process, which ensures highly satisfied customers. In her spare time, Iliana enjoys bicycling, designing and making jewelry, and any social gathering. She is married and the proud mother of two children: Gustavo, an engineer who graduated from The University of Connecticut, and Valeria attending the Texas University of Texas, Communications School.

Shannon Corbett has lived in Houston for 20 years. She loves working with buyers and sellers in all areas of real estate including new construction, resale of existing homes, lot sales, scrapers, high rise condominiums, or town homes. Shannon grew up in a rural farming community which gave her a strong foundation with good work ethics and moral background as a result. After attending college in Austin, Shannon learned about artistic expression and added that to her repetoire. Her husband is a first generation American who grew up in Houston giving her an understanding of what it is like to live the "American Dream." A few years after they were married, they decided to call Houston home. That was 20 years ago. As Shannon put it, "I love Houston! It is big city with a friendly atmosphere much like that of a smaller town. Shannon has been involved with the greater Houston area Real Estate industry since 2001 when she and her husband started their own residential land development company. From there Shannon became interested in working with the people who were buying the homes in their developments and became a Realtor. This experience gives her a broad perspective and knowledge of the many facets of residential real estate in Houston and the surrounding areas.

Shannon, involved with many charities and the Junior League of Houston, really knows her way around Houston. Additionally, she is a parent supporter of Choate Rosemary Hall (Connecticut), Episcopal High School (Houston), Barnard College/Columbia University (New York City) and the University of Texas (Austin) giving her knowledge that extends beyond the Houston area. In her spare time she loves to visit museums, volunteer, travel and read.

Josh's experience has given him a unique perspective into the real estate market. His first work experiences came from working for his parents in home renovation. There he learned the basics of home building as well as a good strong work ethic. From the ages of 15 to 21, he worked as a welder, fabricator, venue manager, carpenter, and stone mason . All while running his own small motor shop. This experience helped him understand more about construction, finances and instilled a knowledge about the importance of quality work and customer service. After receiving his Osha certifications, Josh worked as a competent person for a paving company for three years. Real estate is the field that brings all of his experience together.
