I grew up and also currently live in the Houston, Tx area. I've been married to my best friend, Mykal, for the last 10 years and we have 2 amazing daughters, Nadia who is in the 9th grade this year and Mykala who is in 4th grade. We love spending time as a family, biking, crafting, watching murder mysteries and reality television. We have four dogs, Bluebell, Chance, Jack, and Rocky. They keep us pretty entertained as well. I have been in the Real Estate business for over 4 years now and I absolutely love what I do! Marcus Zepeda, Broker and Owner, of Home Topic Realty has lived in Houston nearly all of his life. Moving here at a very young age in 1987, he attended elementary through high school in Cy-Fair ISD. After graduating from Cy-Fair High School in 2001, Marcus stayed true to his Houston roots and enrolled in college at the University of Houston. Graduating in the winter of 2006, Marcus obtained his bachelor's degree in marketing and continued working on his life-long goal of entrepreneurship.
While attending college and working full time at a golf course in northwest Houston, Marcus obtained his real estate license in the summer of 2004. Although licensed in 2004, it was not until the market took a dive for the worse in 2008 that Marcus' career really took off.
