Claire Koenig is a native Houstonian who has had a passion for real estate from a young age. Her real estate career "started" in the eighth grade when she found the home her family still loves and lives in to this day. From then on, she was hooked! Claire has extensive knowledge of the Houston area where she has lived for over twenty years. Her favorite thing about Houston is that here, there is something for everyone no matter who you are or what you do. For three years, Claire ran her own professional home organization business. This gives her a unique perspective into the home and has heightened her attention to detail in service to her clients.

Determined, passionate, and attentive, Claire will not stop until she finds you your dream home or brings you a suitable buyer. Her favorite part about working in real estate is getting to meet new people and developing the relationships that turn strangers into clients and friends. Claire will work tirelessly to make sure that the home buying, selling, and/or leasing process is not only easy but fun as well. Claire is a member of the National Association of REALTORS and the Houston Association of REALTORS (HAR). She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. Claire is a member of the Houston Chi Omega Alumni Association and is an avid volunteer with and proponent of the Make-A-Wish foundation. When she is not working, Claire likes to spend time with her friends and family, do kickboxing workouts, try new restaurants around Houston, and watch anything and everything on HGTV.

A true Houstonian at heart, Denise moved to Houston from Central Mississippi in 1981. "I have watched Houston boom and bust, I've watched neighborhoods develop, grow, and decline. It has been amazing to see the cityscape literally transform before my eyes and now again I'm watching as new developments arise in our fair city." Although I am familiar with most of the Houston area I focus my practice in Katy, Richmond/Rosenberg, Sugar Land, and other areas in Southwest, West, Galleria, Greenway Plaza. "It makes me confident that I am able to provide my clients with solid direction when it comes to buying, selling, or leasing their current or new homes." I pride myself in staying in touch with the ever changing real estate market and take every opportunity to enhance my knowledge in order to intelligently enable my customers to make sound decision when it comes to any aspect of their home, whether it be buying, selling or leasing requirements.

Michelle Miller, a Real Estate Broker with Compass Memorial, has been highly specialized in Houston real estate since 2015. Michelle is known for her dedication to customer service, vast market knowledge, and excellent negotiation skills. Acutely aware of customer needs, Michelle takes pride in her ability to find just the right properties her clients are seeking. With 8 years in the real estate industry, Michelle has quickly succeeded amongst her peers closing more than 50 million in real estate sales since 2015. She has earned #2 Closed Volume in her brokerage in 2019, and #3 sales volume and #3 listing agent in 2020. Her determined work ethic, patience, and personable attitude are just a few of the attributes she says make her successful in the real estate industry.








Prior to real estate, Michelle excelled in her career as a Registered Dietitian, where she developed exceptional communication skills counseling patients daily on their dietary needs. Michelle feels a strong connection to community and local businesses, and has served on the board for her alumni association as well as currently serves on the board for Memorial Bend Civic Association. In her free time, she spends time with her family including young son Jackson, she enjoys indoor cycling, cooking, and wine. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics and a Minor in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
