Originally from Missouri, I received my under graduate degree from Southeast Missouri State University and my Masters from the University of Houston. In my first career, I 32 years as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal in the Houston, Pearland, and Texas City Independent School District before retiring in 2013. My wife, Rhonda, and I have called Pearland home for the past 35 years.

November 2023, I was recognized by Inman as a Best of Proptech Winner for the Entrepreneur Category. January 2024, I was honored to be recognized in the prestigious SP200 as one of the most powerful and influential real estate leaders in the industry.

As an Ex-FORBES Contributor, I wrote about real estate from my perspective on the industry. I am also known as the authority and pioneer of Intelligent Assistants for the real estate industry. With extensive experience in residential real estate, I am often called upon to be a panel expert and/or speaker throughout the country, sharing my expertise and insights about Real Estate Automation, Impact of AI on the Real Estate Industry, the Future of Real Estate Agents/Brokers, and more.

In conclusion, one of the many highlights of my career was serving as a Local Chapter President and then becoming a Texas Officer (State Level) for Women's Council of REALTORS, where I learned from and led powerful women, ultimately becoming a more well-rounded person and leader in this industry.
