Description

The only problem with Greatwood....OLD homes. Not this ONE, built in 2007 and remodeled in 2014, just as the Gray/White palette was emerging on the home design scene. Also, pretty new at that time was the 2 bedrooms down and Media room that would become the expected architectural design that has dominated new home architecture ever since. The pictures look great but fail to fully capture the awesomeness of this home. Did I mention the pool and outdoor kitchen?...and the gate pictured in the back yard leads directly to the neighborhood playground/park. No need to walk around the block!!!
