This was my first time selling a home and Gina spent a lot of time with us explaining the process in detail and was there to guide us along each step of the way. We first met Gina towards the start of the pandemic and she had done all of her homework regarding how the market had shifted and how to show a house during the pandemic. She knew what potential buyers were comfortable with and took all of the necessary precautions to protect both them and my family. I loved that Gina came across very confident, always with a smile and positive attitude. We were under a very tight timeframe to sell and close before moving out of state and Gina sold our home in just 4 days! We had over 20 viewings and an open house within in the first 4 days on the market and sold! Furthermore, she was able to meet our deadline for closing and was able to make that happen 1.5 weeks before our deadline! That was huge for us, so that we were not paying on the home after leaving the state. I appreciate how closely Gina listened to what was most important to us and worked with us to reach our goals.
