“DeAnn for the most part was a good agent. I will say that at the end of the deal/closing I felt there was no closurue. I had to call/text her to see if the closing went ok and after that we did not hear from DeAnn. I have sold many homes and usually the agent would call, send a thank you card, gift (small) or something that expressed their gratutitude for their compensation. I felt like once the deal was made we were dropped....not a good feeling. I hope this helps to improve customer service”
