Erika received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Mexico and a master's degree in Early Childhood. She began her career in Texas as an elementary teacher and after few years decided to obtain her real estate license in 2011. She continued to teach for several years and decided to work full time as a real estate agent in 2014.


By providing the highest level of integrity and commitment to each one of her clients, she gained experience over the years and obtained her Broker License in 2017.


Her years spent in the education industry helped her gain important skills that allow her to provide the best service to her clients in real estate.


Currently, Erika runs a successful Real Estate business that includes investment, property management, residential and commercial real estate. As a real estate Broker her priority is to make sure her clients are satisfied and comfortable with the real estate process. Martha is a Texas native and a realtor based out of Cypress-Fairbanks. Her passion in real estate, begun while she started working as an admin for real estate companies in 2012. She loves helping people realize their dream home. She has also worked as a Spanish interpreter. In that role, she was sensitized to different cultures of Latin America. Her enthusiasm to help, her ability to relate and her trustworthiness sets her apart. She has a wonderful family, two children and a wonderful husband who is from India. That also gives her a keen understanding of Indian/South Asian cultures. One of her hobbies among many is cooking Indian food. As a Hispanic American who is now married to an Indian, gives her a unique perspective of the value of diversity in American society which has enriched Houston and America.

Korey Barnett was born and raised in Cypress, where he and his family currently reside. After graduating from Cy-Fair ISD, Korey moved to College Station and graduated from Texas A&M University. He comes in as a Real Estate Agent after six years on the Texas A&M Football Coaching Staff where he specialized in data analytics. Also actively involved in the recruiting process at Texas A&M, he has acquired the skills needed to guide clients through big decisions and help put them at ease while navigating all options. With his in-depth knowledge of Houston and its surrounding areas, as well as his analytical background, he will bring a unique perspective for all clients he represents. My interest and involvement in Real Estate started on the service side. Many times I was involved in helping someone remodel a house or a room, repair a rental, or help an investor make repairs, or work on remodeling my own home. The interest in Real Estate seemed natural and I enjoyed it. I was licensed in 2014 and immediately started with a local broker that had been in Houston 40 years,. I had success in sales and leasing and helped to train new agents, review transaction documents, and also became the office manager for the Jersey Village location.

I have been in Houston since the age of two and feel truly blessed to say I am almost a native Houstonian. I grew up in the Memorial area and am a proud graduate of Texas A&M. I was a professional cheerleader in both the NFL and NBA cheering for The Houston Oilers and The Houston Rockets. I spent fifteen years working in pharmaceutical sales before working alongside my husband to build a commercial general construction firm. Over the past five years we have extended Keeton Contract Services to include Residential Building and Home Remodeling along with Commercial Retail land Development. We have built several custom homes throughout the Houston and Cypress areas and have transformed many homes and backyard spaces during some amazing home and backyard remodeling projects. My great eye for design and experience with remodeling, staging and building homes brings added value to my clients with selling and buying properties. Stacy Hedrick is a professional Realtor. She grew up on the west side of Houston in the neighboring city of Katy, where she was introduced into a life of business as the owner and operator of a commercial cleaning service for more than ten years. She then moved to the nearby community of Cypress, where she and her family of four have now resided for the past twenty years.
