After studying real estate and business in college, Tammi initially worked for a large institutional lender as a property & leasing manager overseeing a portfolio of mid-rise office buildings, retail strip centers and industrial facilities. She then joined a national retailer as their Director of Real Estate, Store Services & Construction overseeing all of their real estate holdings, with specific expertise in strategic planning through market analysis, site selection and financial structuring for new stores.
