I've always loved homes. I grew up with a dad that loved landscaping and a grandma that loved homes. So I basically grew up taking care of the yard and going and browsing houses. My Grandma and I used to do the tour of homes in the town my parents live in. When I was 22, I bought my first home. I was the first person out of almost all of my friends and family to purchase a home. Since then, I have bought 3 homes and sold 2. I am no stranger to the process. I even have helped some family and friends buy their own homes before I was ever in Real Estate. With over 20 years of customer service experience and 9 years of sales experience, I am passionate about helping my clients purchase or sell their home. I am born and raised on the South Texas Coast, and I love what our community has to offer. I am thrilled to work with the Costal Bend to meet their real estate goals through great customer service. I've been a licensed Realtor since April 2007, just before running the Boston Marathon - two of my proudest accomplishments. Having been in outside sales most of my adult life, real estate sales was a natural transition for me after moving to the South Padre Island/Port Isabel area in 1996. However, with 2 young daughters to raise, my real estate career had to be put on the back burner until the timing was right. Unfortunately for me and the rest of the real estate community, that time came when the real estate market began its downward decline. In spite of the soft real estate market, I had a moderate to fair amount of success, receiving RE/MAX's Executive Club award every year since becoming a licensed Realtor. And in 2012 I received the 100% Club award since it was a fantastic year and my best year yet! I continued to excel in 2013, doubling my sales from the previous year. In 2014, not only did my sales increase by 60%, but I became the top selling agent in the area becoming a RE/MAX Platinum agent for the first time. 2015 and 2016 year-end sales cemented my number one sales position as well as earning the coveted REMAX Hall of Fame award in addition to achieving Platinum status both of those years. I'm very fortunate to be able to earn a living doing something I enjoy. Selling resort and investment property on beautiful South Padre Island has been a dream come true
