Carol Nagel relocated to northeast Houston, Texas in 1996 then became a licensed Realtor in 2004. She is currently a member of HAR(Houston Area Realtors), NAR(National Association of Realtor's), TAR(Texas Association of Reators), MRP (Military Relocation Specialist), GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), NAR Green Designation (Energy Star, etc), WCR(Women's Council of Realtors) Lake Houston-2014 Treasurer and TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission). Carol brings experience in foreclosures, residential in Texas. Carol has prior experience with residential sales in Illinois, Colorado and Kansas.

Carol holds a BA from Baldwin University, Kansas; AA in Accounting, and is a Certified Para-legal. She is actively affiliated with the Federation of Houston Women Professionals (FHWP) & a 2012 Women of Excellence Honoree, Houston Area Council (HAC)of American Business Women's Association (ABWA) - Officer of Humble Artesian League, and Secretary of Mills Branch Home Owners Association (HOA), International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), Phi Theta Kappa member and Officer in the WCR (Women's Council of Realtors) Lake Houston Chapter.
