As a registered real estate agent with most new construction builders, my team is up to date on builder buyer incentives as well as "price slashed" inventory homes which may not be available to others.

Our office has been screened and given an active NAID from U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development and are currently registered as a Bidder on HUDHomestore.

My primary market include the Northeast Houston areas of Kingwood, Atascocita, Humble, & Porter with a secondary market of The Woodlands, Conroe, and Spring. My team is currently expanding to the Katy and Pearland areas as well.
