Dana is married to Jeremy and mom to Justus and Lexi. Before Real Estate, Dana worked in Ministry, Corporate Meetings & Events and Social Media Marketing. As a native Houstonian and long time Fort Bend County resident, I am very familiar with Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, and the surrounding areas. I grew up in Sugar Land when there wasn't much here except for fields of livestock and a handful of subdivisions. After graduating from Texas A&M University, I moved back to Sugar Land. My husband and I have raised our son and daughter here.

I've worked in Human Resources for various companies in my previous career, but was fortunate to be able to stay close to home and raise my children through their school years. I've served on several PTO Boards, and was a First Colony Community Association Neighborhood Representative.

Having relocated several times overseas with my husband's company, I have a unique understanding of the challenges that relocating entails, and I am certain that I can relate and help you manage all of the details that your move will require.

My mission is to provide excellent real estate services for my clients, making each of them my top priority. Jo Ann has served the real estate community in many leadership roles including Chairman of the Fort Bend PAALS, Chairman of the HAR Fort Bend Networking Group, Chairman of the TREPAC Advisory Group and as a TREPAC Trustee. She currently serves as a Regional Vice President for Texas REALTORS and on the Executive Committee and the Board of Director for both National Women's Council of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. She is also a Federal Political Coordinator for House Representative Troy Nehls. Jo Ann is a Major RPAC Investor and a President's Circle Member, and IN 2019 was inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame.

Jo Ann is a founding member of Women's Council of REALTORS Fort Bend, serving as President in 1990. She went on to serve as State President in 1996 and in 2018 represented the organization as the National President. Under her direction, Women's Council signed their first International Agreement with Spain, rolled out a new network model to over 250 cities across the country, developed a standard operations agreement for all networks and launched a Foundation for the organization. Additionally, Women's Council rolled out a new 3-year Strategic Plan in 2018 and increased their RPAC numbers to achieve the highest participation rate of any institute, society or council in the NAR family.

Jo Ann is actively involved in her community, having served as Chairman of the Board for the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce twice, and Treasurer of the Greater Fort Bend Economic Development Council

Jo Ann is actively involved in numerous charitable organizations, including The Arc of Fort Bend "Best in the West" event raising in excess of $5M for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Stevens has also been honored for her many commitments. She received the Local Member of the Year Award, Local Entrepreneur of the Year Award and State Member of the Year Award from Women's Council twice. In 2018 she received the REALTOR of the Year Award from the Houston Association of REALTORS and she has also received the HAR Fort Bend REALTOR of the Year and the prestigious Omega Tau Rho Award from the National Association of REALTORS.

Stevens is a third-generation Texan and graduate of the University of Houston (BBA, Marketing). She has been married to husband Ron Stevens since 1975. The couple lives in Richmond and have four children, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and 3 Shih Tzus pups.

She graduated from Alcorn State University, in Lorman Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Alice and her family eventually made their way to Houston, Texas in 1982, where she went on to attend the Real Estate Training Institute. After completing agent requirements in 1984, Alice furthered her training and received her Broker’s license in 1986. This was her ticket to self-employment and empowerment.

Her energetic personality, radiant beauty, and her contagious smile were created to excite, and encourage others. Alice is the wife of Michael Harness, a successful businessman, and the mother of three young men, Christopher, Sherman and Alex. While she only has three biological children, Alice is a mother to many.

Always true to her southern roots, Alice has maintained a love for her family, friends, and her heritage as she has tackled many projects and charities. Alice is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and an active member of Alcorn State University’s Alumni Association and has been honored for her contributions and time in her community. She is a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Richmond, Texas, Texas Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors and MLS.
