“Holly is awesome! I have never had a better agent. Not only did she sell my house at full price (with perks) she actually was able to patiently tell me to wait as she knew it would sell at full price. The house sold in 9 days and yes I was impatient. Almost told her to take a lower offer but she "guided" me in the right direction. In addition, she has such a wonderful positive attitude but can be tough as nails to make sure her client is well represented. Her attention to detail is impeccable as she was the only one to spot an error (in my favor) at closing. Also, it was very nice of her to bring a closing present to help me celebrate the sell of my home. But more than that, I got a hand written thank you note. I have sold several homes prior to finding Holly and I have never gotten a handwritten thank you note from the agent expressing how thankful they were that I had the confidence in them to sell my home. If you want the right agent - hire Holly. If I could give her 10 stars I would.”
