“Ms Jackson was very professional and went "above and beyond" in getting my real estate deal done. This was especially appreciated because I was living overseas (Singapore) at the time which required her to contact me and reply to my concerns at both very late and extremely early times due to the 13 hour time changed between Singapore and USA. The sellers agent issued incorrect instructions for the wire transfer (payment for the house) Ms Jackson took appropriate action resoling the issue.”
