My name is Theresa Guynes and I grew up in Cleveland Texas. While I am open to buying and selling in all areas, I am most familiar with the Northeast areas of Houston.

I have lived in the east Houston area for about 30 years and for about 20 of those years I worked in different areas of the legal field, including real estate. Through that experience I bring to my clients, ethics, attention to detail and excellent customer service and my commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. I am a proud Mom, Nana and wife. We raised our three children, in Liberty and Chambers County, and now I have three granddaughters and one grandson. My oldest son is in the oil industry, my daughter is a teacher in Dayton ISD and my youngest is in the Army. My family's roots are here and I want to do my part to see my grandchildren grow in an area that they can be proud to say "this is home".
