Kay has been actively selling real estate in Houston for over 38 years. Upon graduating high school she followed in her families footsteps and attended/graduated from the University of Mississippi,with a BBA in Marketing. Shortly thereafter she pursued her love for real estate and obtained her license while studying and interning in college. Kay moved to Houston and became one of the youngest real estate brokers at the age of 22 in 1982. During the oil bust in 1986, Kay started her first company that specialized in lender-owned properties.
In 1992 she joined the global company, RE/MAX as an associate broker. Kay has a referral-heavy client base, noting that her longevity in the industry has bolstered her reputation as a trusted expert in the field. Over the years, she has obtained the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Market Specialist (CLHMS), and is currently working towards her Accredited Land Consultant designation (ALC) with the Realtors Land Institute. She added a new dimension of her business in 2016, country homes and ranch sales in the Bellville, Brenham areas when she moved from the city to the country.
Kay is a longtime member of the RE/MAX 100% club, RE/MAX Plantinum Club and has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She is a member of HAR and has a 4.92-star rating on the 5-star HAR,and has been praised for her attentiveness,enthusiasm,knowledge and hard work in making a smooth transaction for her clients.

Melanie Holton is the Broker-Owner of CENTURY 21 Holton Realty. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston in 1994. She worked as a paralegal at one of the top international law firms in downtown Houston for 10 years before obtaining her real estate sales associate license in 2004. In 2004, she joined an independent real estate company where she remained the top producer for several years. She furthered her education by securing her broker license in 2011 so that she could focus her attention on operating a real estate company and a property management company. In 2012, she purchased the independent real estate company and made it her own by moving the office to a supreme location, implementing progress, and setting the stage for further improvements. Mary is a native of northern Wisconsin, moving to the Houston area in 1982. Acquiring her Texas real estate license in 2002; broker's license in 2009; she is a lifelong learner on the subjects of real estate, business, and self. During her free time, Mary enjoys being with her Aggie-son and family; working her cutting horses, cattle, and border collies and getting her hands dirty in the family garden. Mary is married to broker-husband, Tom; they reside on their Washington County, Texas farm and escape to their Houston home just to get away from it all! Savannah Schulz Gutierrez is a third generation resident of Washington County and has grown up working in her family's construction business. She graduated from Brenham High School, earned an AA degree from Blinn College and a BA degree in Business from Sam Houston State University in 2008. She has been in the real estate business since 2005 and has enjoyed helping many people make their dreams come true by becoming homeowners. Her construction industry background provides her additional insight and creativity into possibilities for remodeling projects as well as new construction projects. She is active in the community through volunteer outreach programs like Washington County Ladies Lions, PTO, member of the Christ Lutheran Church, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. When I am not working on real estate, you can find me with my husband and our five children (yes, you read that right, 5!). Although almost all are grown-up and have moved away from home, being a mom is a never-ending role. From camping to taking family trips, our time as a family is so important. I am known for being a warm, dedicated, hard worker with a little bit of hilarity up my sleeve. I love animals, I even worked on a horse breeding farm and moved to California right out of high school for my job!
