The Bellville community is my passion, just behind God and my family. Having grown up in Bellville it gives me joy introducing new people to Austin County as well as helping current residents find their future home or commercial property. My husband and I raised out three daughters on land that has been in his family for seven generations, so I understand the desire to lay down roots and call a place home. We now enjoy watching our six grandchildren bask in the opportunities that a lively small town offers. The future of Bellville is a top priority for me as my children and grandchildren all live here along with our extended family that currently numbers forty-two. My passion for our community has led me to serve in different organizations over the years. Since Faith Academy was founded, I have been involved as a parent, a volunteer, the founder of the booster club, and now as a proud grandparent. As a founder of The Friends of Bellville organization our goal is to maintain Bellville's charm through restoration and beautification of our special town. Randy and I are also active members of the First Bellville Church where I serve on the Long-Range Planning Committee. I also serve on the Austin County Water Corporation Board that serves the rural water needs of our area. Together, they have raised two great adult children, Jordan and Brady. After a 22 year career teaching, she fell in love with her second career in real estate. Kim's knowledge of Austin County and the surrounding area, along with an extensive network of community people give her the edge when assisting buyers and sellers. Kim and husband Steve purchased Bill Johnson and Associates Real Estate Company in February 2016 and will continue to operate the company under the same name. Former owner and friend, Bill Johnson, will remain the acting broker and continue to sell real estate.

Tiffany was raised in Industry, Texas, graduating from Bellville High School, and then earning her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin. After years of travel, Tiffany and her husband John decided to move to Austin County, so their four children could grow up living closer to their grandparents.



It is only fitting that Tiffany pursue a career in the housing industry. She grew up at The Shop, better known as P&S Building Supply, where she watched her parents, Everett and Sandy Schmidt, assist customers in the building process; and where she saw her grandfather, Eddie Pilcik, run his successful home construction business.



Not only is Tiffany an agent, she and John enjoy bringing life back into neglected and out dated properties. There isn't a house in too bad a shape for these two, they like the challenge! Ian Bader was born and raised in Austin County and has Texas roots that start with Stephen F. Austin's "Old 300" settlers. He attended Bellville schools and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1975. His business career began with the local radio station as news reporter. He later joined the Bellville Abstract Company as clerk and escrow officer. In 1978 he entered banking with the Austin County State Bank and also became licensed to sell real estate under the Bill Johnson & Associates Real Estate Company. Ian moved to First Savings Association of Brenham in 1983, serving as the Bellville Branch Manager. First Savings was later purchased by Guaranty Bank in 1990 and Ian remained as manager until retiring in 2004. He also was a licensed securities representative for Guaranty Brokerage. Ian is a licensed broker and holds the prestigious GRI designation from the Realtor's Graduate Institute, and Certified International Property Specialist designation from the Realtor University. He also served on the Board of Directors of the South Central Board of Realtors over 10 years.
