Located 5 miles inland from the Intercoastal Waterway, This location on the San Bernard River is very popular for saltwater fishing, birding, and boating. Gated Entrance to the property is at the very end of CR 469. Approx 29 acres is behind the homes on the Left side as you travel down 469, it is completely fenced with mainly a pasture type terrain. A path has been made along the fence line to view the property. The Riverfront begins near the entrance is Approx 7.5 acres from that point looking up river. With 338 ft of Riverfront features a high bank, it's cleared, and trees spread throughout that portion of the land. The Photos show a couple of canals along the riverside - they do no open up into the river. These are more like freshwater ponds. Further investigation with the Corp of Engineers would determine if it could be opened into the river.
