Prior to Real Estate, Liz spent 15 years of her professional career helping business partners manage all aspects of human resources and performance improvement. Liz is a native Texan and has been a Houstonian for the better part of 25 years. She earned her BBA from the University of Houston and her MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University. Liz and her family have called The Woodlands home since 2009. They especially enjoy the people, culture, and the many outdoor activities the community has to offer.

Previously Nicholas has volunteered at Omega House (a residential hospice service), was a board member of LAMBDA Next Generation Young Professionals and was also a board member director of the AIDS Foundation. He is also a choir singer at Houston Show Choir. You can catch Nicholas jogging at Memorial Park, catching new art exhibits at MFAH, visiting the opera or local theatre productions, working out at the Downtown Met Club, watching movies at iPic or eating at any of Houston's incredible restaurants.

Windy Kerr has been serving both Montgomery and Walker County for over 29 years through the beauty industry.
