Prior to being in real estate I earned my BBA and MBA from Concordia University in Austin. I played collegiate softball for four years and later became a grad-assistant coach. After school I worked for a cosmetic company that specialized in eyelash extensions. While with this company I mainly worked in supply chain management along with assisting in product development. I became an agent because I have a strong desire to help people. I aim to provide the best possible service for my clients by listening to their needs and educating them about the buying or selling process. Kimberley thoroughly enjoyed working to build a custom home project located at 22 Huntington Woods Estates in Tomball, Texas. During the two-year process of working with the architect and then implementing the design by making material selections and coordinating with the subcontractors, she learned a great deal. There were also a few spec homes that were built in Magnolia as well. Previously, Kimberley also had experience with Real Estate Investing with a portfolio of properties in which she did some staging.

In her free time, Kimberley enjoys spending time with her three children, reading, biking, playing with her dog, and participating and volunteering in the community. Kimberley is also a proud mother of a United States Marine. She says, Being a patriotic American and having a son in the Marine Corps has also paved the way to hope and help those in our military by working with them in their real estate needs!

When working with a person to list their home, I strive to thoroughly research the market to determine an accurate value, make suggestions as to what will make the property more inviting for the minimum cost, and market the property through multiple online sources to ensure the property sells for the highest price in the least amount of time. I stay in constant contact with the client and answer all calls personally or get back with them at the earliest possible moment.

When working with a client to find them a home, I LISTEN to what they want, what their needs are, what their situation is, and then go find homes that meet that criteria. I make sure they have been pre-qualified by a great lender so that when we find the right home, they can pounce on it. I am a superb negotiator, looking for creative ways to get my client what they want in a win/win/win scenario.

I have an incredible attention to detail, many times catching errors on a closing statement that lenders and title companies miss. I review contracts word by word to ensure they reflect what my client wants. I follow through to the end to make sure of a successful closing. I leave no stone unturned to find a solution when things may become difficult. I am tenacious to get my client the results they want, while establishing and maintaining great relationships with other realtors, lenders, title companies, insurance agents, and inspectors.
