Open Houses, Open Doors
In this class you will have the opportunity to explore what is necessary to successfully market, promote and hold an open house. There are tasks that will increase traffic flow to the open house and generate more buyer interactions and potentially more seller leads. You will also learn about the importance of providing a safe selling environment for the seller, collecting data from visitors and following up on potential leads.
