M&A Boot Camp

Your opportunity to learn the process of Mergers and Acquisitions. A process with lots of moving parts taught by seasoned leaders with a practical approach over academic advice. Among the many aspects discussed: How is an M&A Deal different from Main Street? What are the legal issues particular to M&A? Valuation of M&A businesses, Strategic Buyers vs Financial Buyers, Structuring complex transactions, Potential funding sources and more. If you have some experience as a business broker, you will appreciate the differences in the process and skills involved. This is where you can learn and understand working deals up to $25,000,000. Students will receive an e-book of 100+ pages after class completion.
