Contracts: Seller Side
This class meets the 3 hour contracts TREC requirement for your license renewal.
This three-hour class focuses on the Residential Real Estate Listing Agreement, Exclusive Right to Sell. It will cover what goes in the blanks, what the seller’s responsibilities are, what the broker’s responsibilities are. The Seller’s Disclosure Notice, other notices, and forms that are commonly used in a listing will also be discussed. At the conclusion of class students should have a clear understanding of listing documents to better serve their clients. This course will benefit Realtors because it will improve their contract knowledge and they will learn why it’s so important for their paperwork to be completed correctly and thoroughly. Realtors should take this class to fully understand how to represent a seller.
It’s a good idea to have a pen and highlighter ready to take notes.
