This is the follow-up course to "Commercial Leasing 101." In this class, we learn which forms to use to apply negotiated terms . You'll learn about 55 Texas REALTORS® forms available and how to use them in the transaction. The course reviews both Texas REALTOR® forms as well as lawyer-drafted forms used by industry giants. Some of the forms discussed include the commercial lease, letters of intent to lease, construction forms and commission agreements.
