Texas VA Home Loans

This course is designed to provide Real Estate Licensees with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the VA Home Loan Guaranty Program as well as the Texas Veterans Housing Assistance Program – the two most commonly used home loans for Texas military veterans. We discuss in depth the VA loan benefits, the pre-approval process, making offers, inspections, and using VA with VHAP, so that Realtors can better assist military home buyers as well as sellers who received VA offers on their homes. This special three hour course includes exercises after each section, to be completed in small groups and reviewed out loud with the instructor, further reinforcing Realtor retention and understanding.
