The Awareness Advantage

Real estate professionals work in unpredictable environments every day—meeting people they may not know, entering unfamiliar properties, hosting open houses, working alone, and handling sensitive personal and financial information. The Awareness Advantage is designed to help REALTORS® recognize potential risks, develop practical safety habits, and respond confidently when something doesn't feel right. This interactive course moves beyond traditional self-defense to explore situational awareness, client verification, property and showing safety, digital security, professional boundaries, and emergency preparedness. Participants will learn how to incorporate safety into their everyday business practices without creating unnecessary fear or anxiety. Through real-world scenarios, group discussion, story sharing, and "What Would You Do?" activities, REALTORS® will practice identifying red flags and making informed decisions before, during, and after client interactions.
