HAR 3D & Virtual Tours

Virtual and 3D tour capabilities are provided to REALTOR® members of the Houston Association of REALTORS to promote an enhanced experience to consumers for viewing listings and are also a great supplement to traditional open houses. 3D tours enable agents to enhance their business to meet the needs of sellers to market the property more effectively by providing a 3-Dimensional experience for the consumer. Virtual tours offer a safe way for home buyers to virtually participate in a home search and it will help REALTORS reach a broader audience. This class will allow REALTORS to explore the new world of virtual open houses and how to create 3D images for listings.
