Closed in a little over 2 weeks!!! Kristin went beyond just listing the house, from setting up great photography to meeting our movers (we had already vacated the property), to even keeping an eye on the pool. She also handled the nice but demanding buyers with tact and professionalism and was able to move negotiations forward quickly and avoided what could've ended up a long drawn out haggling war. It’s hard to find someone these days who is willing to put in the hard work necessary to accomplish one’s goals, especially when they are yours not theirs. Well, when my husband and I met Kristin, we were not in a bad place-our ultimate goal was to sell our land/home and take the money and use it to buy our “forever” home so we could take care of our parents. Abimael Antunez our realtor he talked us through the entire process detail by detail, we had lots of questions and he had all the answers and helped us sell our home the first day it hit the market!! ( paperwork and inspection took a while) but we were super pleased and happy with how Abimael handled our case.
