In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors she is also a member of Texas Business Brokers Association. Vanessa is a proud member of the HAA-Houston Apartment Association. Vanessa has been involved in buying & listing resale homes and new construction homes. She has represented many of Houston's Inner-loop Builders and Property Management Firms. She specializes in Single Family Homes, Townhomes, Condos,Lofts, New Construction homes and Multifamily Leasing in the Inner Loop, Galleria, Katy and Surrounding areas. Vanessa continues to hone her skills by attending real estate seminars and classes to stay in compliance with new laws and the ever-changing Real Estate market. Vanessa is a dedicated volunteer and serves with the local community through various outreach programs, Sports Associations, Church & School PTA committee. She also runs an NGO called Feeding Africa International.
