Janice Ratliff is proud to be a native Houstonian and truly believes Houston is a phenomenal place to call home. After working for an independent developer for several years she decided to embark on a career in real estate. That was 1988! She's never looked back!

She has been featured as one of the top producing agents in Cinco Ranch several times. Living in Katy since 1989 she has seen vast changes.

Janice has been a resident of Cinco Ranch for the last 31 years and has been giving back to the community in many ways. She has held many fundraisers benefiting the homeless children of our city. She and her late husband hosted many Santa parties over the years.

Janice is a Master Scuba Diver and has spent many years as an underwater photographer. She and Ron traveled all over the world escaping to the wonderful exotic destinations to spend their entire week underwater. I cannot imagine a better way to regenerate my personal battery so I can get back to work with a fresh face on life! Nothing can scare me..... I dive with the sharks!
