Houston is Penny Richey's favorite place to live! With a background as a flight attendant, based in Kansas City, New York City, and Los Angeles she exhibits her enjoyment of helping and caring for people of all backgrounds.

Attending Florida State University and University of Houston, education continues to be Penny's practice. Obtaining her CNE, Certified Negotiation Expert, she endeavors to get the best possible purchase price for her buyer clients and the highest possible sale price for her seller clients. She also earned the ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative, ALHS, Accredited Luxury Home Specialist and SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist in order to better serve in specialized circumstances.

As a corporate executive wife, she lived in Singapore and London and continued to be involved with customers of many nationalities and traveled to many places. That carries on today serving her clients and customers.

A Realtor since 1997 and establishing Penrich Properties as Owner/Broker in 1999, Penny has successfully marketed and sold Greater Houston area homes. Her clients know they are in excellent hands throughout their transaction and consider her their trusted advisor, confident that she truly represents their best interests.

As a member of HIREBA, the Houston Independent Real Estate Brokers Association, an organization of experienced Real Estate Brokers who meet regularly to keep up to date with legal issues, technology, marketing and networking. Yet they have backup and support of our fellow members. It was her honor to serve as Secretary in 2000-01 and President in 2002.
