Lorena Fischer is an experienced Realtor leading and mentoring multiple Agents in her team Archway Real Estate Group. She is equally versed as a Listing and Purchasing Agent. Lorena is a vigorous negotiator who delivers results! Prior to becoming a Realtor, Lorena was a Licensing and Compliance Manager in the Mortgage industry. Her vast experience in Mortgage gave her an advantage during her transition into Real Estate Sales. She knows how to evaluate her client's financial needs and identify the best lending options available in the market. Lorena also has a Paralegal degree specializing in Corporate Compliance, Contract Review and Negotiations. Her Legal background taught her a meticulous set of skills in Research, Analysis and Negotiations. Her attention to deal is second to none. In addition, she was a Sales and Customer Service Manager for a high-end specialty finishes manufacturer. This experience has helped tremendously when dealing with Builders, Contractors and all aspects of New Construction. When you combine over 20 years of Legal, Compliance, Mortgage and Sales experience, it's no surprise why Real Estate has been such a successful career for her! She is also fluent in Spanish, which comes in very useful with her Hispanic clients. She is an educator at heart and keeps her clients informed every step of the process in buying or selling a home.
