Lorena also has a Paralegal degree specializing in Corporate Compliance, Contract Review and Negotiations. Her Legal background taught her a meticulous set of skills in Research, Analysis and Negotiations. Her attention to deal is second to none. In addition, she was a Sales and Customer Service Manager for a high-end specialty finishes manufacturer. This experience has helped tremendously when dealing with Builders, Contractors and all aspects of New Construction. When you combine over 20 years of Legal, Compliance, Mortgage and Sales experience, it's no surprise why Real Estate has been such a successful career for her! She is also fluent in Spanish, which comes in very useful with her Hispanic clients. She is an educator at heart and keeps her clients informed every step of the process in buying or selling a home. Some of Lorena's personal achievements include having served on the Board of the National Hispanic Professional Organization, Member of the National Association of Legal Professionals, National Association of Realtors and Platinum Member of HAR.
