Lisa obtained her real estate license in 2011 after 13 years in the title industry. She started out managing a large volume of HUD foreclosures in the beginning of her career and then recruited her husband, Alex, to help streamline the process. After a couple of years selling foreclosures, Lisa switched gears and focused on new construction. She sold out a new home community in Garden Oaks in less than 2 years and was awarded a Million Dollar Circle Award by the Greater Houston Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council. In 2017, Lisa opened a boutique real estate brokerage, Tejas Realty Group. The brokerage started out with 2 agents and now has a team of 18. Lisa is a licensed real estate broker, wife, and mother. She volunteers with the Heights High School PTO, the Houston Association of Realtors® Global Advisory Group, and the Texas Realtors® Professional Development Committee. Lisa was also the Women's Council of Realtors® Houston 2023 President and the 2024 Texas District Vice President and the 2025 National Women's Council of Realtors® Global Mastermind Co-Chair. She is currently the 2026 Women's Council of Realtors® Texas Global Mastermind Chair and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals - Houston Secretary.
